This hotel has been a point of reference for tourists and travellers alike since the 20th century. It is located in Santa Cristina, in Val Gardena, and time has only enhanced its innate charm, as embodied by the ancient stube. The Uridl hotel is a place where art takes centre stage thanks to Mr Demetz, painter, sculptor, and collector. A request to redesign their website turned into a complete revamp leveraging new impulses based on the history and the values of the hotel. Proposal accepted.

Based on this claim, we created an integrated communication strategy able to coordinate and unite the various layers of a story that is told via new signs, words, and images. We restyled the logo, designed the new website, created the copy, and organised a photoshoot. Our aim was to convey a sense of renewal which leveraged old emotions to reach a contemporary feel by using innovation and a new wellbeing format. We wanted to look beyond the stereotypes of a standard offer to communicate a feeling of warmth which is made of life, simplicity, immediacy, and sobriety.
